Morgan Salow joined the IUPUI staff in April of 2019. Salow comes to IUPUI having served as an assistant coach at UNC-Greensboro from 2014-17 and began her coaching career as an assistant at Jacksonville State. At IUPUI Salow will be responsible for overseeing recruiting, focusing on blocking and defensive schemes and front court training.
Salow played volleyball at the University of Wisconsin from 2005-09 as was part of a team that played in an Elite Eight (2005), Sweet 16 (2006) and was an NCAA top-four seed and regional host in 2007.
As an assistant coach at UNC-Greensboro, Salow was earned a 2016 American Volleyball Coaches Association 30 Under 30 award. As the defensive coordinator, Salow's team was ranked as high as seventh in the NCAA in digs per set and led the Southern Conference. Over her time with the Spartans, Salow had a total of 25 SoCon awards handed to her players, including a setter that was named SoCon Freshman of the Year, as well as becoming a four-year All-SoCon honoree.
Before getting to UNC-Greensboro, Salow spent three seasons and Jacksonville State and recruited two Ohio Valley Conference Newcomers of the Year. Salow also had four players earn All-OVC honors and one player named First-Team Academic All-District.
